Lauren Hovland has completed her commissioned mural here at the Canterbury Bookstore! And it is amazing, a true testament to Lauren’s skill. My pictures won’t do it justice, but if you won’t be able to stop by the bookstore for a while yet, here are some details of the piece to entice:

Again, we are over the moon with the beautiful work Lauren has done for us. At the outset, she asked us what we wanted the mural to contain and represent, mocked up several preliminary sketches, and based on our feedback, came up with a design better than anything I initially had in mind.
